On off waterfall?

We always dreaming about an amazing trip everytime. Same as Nungkok, we hope that the weather is good and the foggy cloud wont appear during the day we climb.

We hope that we can have the great picture at the peak and enjoy the trip without having a slip at the trail. We don't like slippery trail and we always wanted the best.

Unfortunately, Nungkok always give us some hard view at the peak and the worst trail ever. We already setup one of the easier trail but it seems not sound so promised.

I have talk to the one of the regular climber there and he is the guide itself. He told me that this mountain is really overbearing. Or maybe it was just to shy to came out. He already went there almost twenty times and still cannot have the great selfie with the Mount. Kinabalu.

Some of the trail in stage 2 which is at the Daayan area making us really feel lost when we going down trail. It has a gorge which is we have to cross the gorge. It was not a deep gorge but we can see that area was covered by a rocks and no trees live it in there. It was look like a landslide at the beginning.

I was there twice like i said before in my writing and i'm so upset with the weather. In the first trip i go, we still under the surveying that place. We searching for a better way to the uphills and we dont use the same trail we go through before so it was a long sprint for me and it was just make me having one of the longest trail because we dont use the same trail anyway.

In the second time trip, i came there in frustration and tired because all i want is to see the clear view. But it wont easy. We should come earlier at the morning and we should reach at the peak by the sunrise. But i'm not that strong. And again, i come back upset again and again. But that day, we took the same trail we go through before.

I told you to thanking the bad as we accept the good because who knows every drop of your sweat is worthy. The landslide i guess before is not a gorge. It was a beautiful waterfall and it was three of them. It really beautiful until i am worshiping that waterfall. I remember one of the scene at one of my favourite movie 'The Shawshank Redemption' when the group having a beer at the roof of the prison after long break.

The waterfall is just come out when the weather is raining. It was so tall and i think it more than three hundred meters height. The water is so clean until i drink it with my bare hands. It so cold and make me calm. I forgot how tired i am and i wash all the mug and laying to it. That was the best part of this mountain. It was unique and no place like this. On off waterfall? Go and find it by yourself.

This number maybe useful for you.

The Leech

Want to hear some joke? Mount Nungkok is so virgin, every tourist come to visit there come back bleeding.

It's been so ticklish but this is the big challenge for us to be there at the peak.

Tiger leech or commonly, stinging land leech was a Haemadipsa picta type. It was normally found in Borneo, Indochina and Taiwan.

First time i visit Nungkok, at least i got more that 20 leech sucking my blood at feet and neck. It was so nasty but i just let them suck it till thier thirsty of blood gone.

I give you a simple tips about it. Avoid to be in the first place at the front. It is because, this leech is commonly live at the leaves at ground plant. So, while you walk infront, you possibility to get bite is high. For the last person in line, the chances to get bite is low because almost all the leech already attached to you friends at front.

The second tips maybe help you a little bit more. Wearing the thick socks may help you to avoiding this blood sucker to bite you. I recomend you the anti leech socks. I used to wear soccer socks before but it was depending on the thickness. The more thickness, the more better.

'Minyak gamat' wont help you. Gamat is also a leech family. They love the gamat so much. Bring some more hot lotion or hot massage oil. Its more helpful. The ciggarete also cannot cover all the skin and it was easy to get wash.

The leech don't ask you to come there to get bite. It was by your own willing. So, don't kill the leechs. They're also want to live. This little devil's from Nungkok is part of the excitement. One of my friends is phobia with this creature but he isn't fear that now.

This some photo will at least giving you a picture that how they're so happy to having us a meals.

The root who look like a man with the baggage a.k.a hiker is located at KM 2 from the starting point. The tree growing the rare root attached and it having so much fun to see the root because sometimes it was look like something else in content of dirthy mind.

Daiyan is the name where this tree growing up. The tree still has no name yet but it already there since at least 80 years ago. The intresting things about this tree was, its look like it has a big hand to cover the body and he is maybe a man who trying to hide and pee.
